To reboot your cloud server, begin by clicking on the "Server Actions Menu".
and select the "reboot" option.
This will trigger a "Soft Reboot" of your VM through the cloud provider's API.
If you are experiencing issues with your server, a good first step is to reboot your server.
Should you find that your server is not responding to a reboot action or is taking longer than you would expect, please contact support. We may need to initiate a "Hard Reboot" through the cloud provider's management console.
