The Standing Cloud platform automatically generates a random system username and password for you when your deployment is provisioned and installed.  You may use this username and password combination to access your deployment via SSH and FTP from a standalone application.  If you use the browser-based terminal feature provided within the admin console, you will automatically be logged in and the password is not needed.

Should you have a need to change the password for the automatically generated system username, you may use the passwd command from a terminal session to accomplish this.  If you forget the password, the browser-based terminal feature will still automatically log in from the admin console. 
However, you will not be able to change the password again since you don't know the existing password.  In this case, you'll need to contact support@standingcloud.com to reset your password.
